Free Shipping on All First-Time U.S. Orders
We offer free standard shipping on your first order within the U.S. — including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico

  • Canada

At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond these locations.

Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer multiple shipping methods, including standard and express, with rates calculated at checkout.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment center begins processing promptly to ensure quick delivery.

Please note: Orders cannot be rerouted after they’ve been placed.

Redo Package Protection
If you add Redo Package Protection at checkout, it covers lost or stolen packages — giving you peace of mind.

Without Redo:

  • We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported stolen.

  • If this happens, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • We are unable to refund or replace packages in these cases.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • Orders cannot be changed once placed.

  • We recommend trying to retrieve the package at the address provided.

  • We are unable to coordinate rerouting with carriers or offer replacements for incorrectly addressed packages.
