Subscription shipping

• Subscription orders will be shipped Standard Shipping and will incur a flat rate of $7.99 on each renewal. Free Shipping is offered for subscriptions over $75.

• To inquire about the status of your order, contact our customer service team at hello@rayvishop.com with your order number.

Returns

• At Ravyi, we stand behind the quality of our products and hope you love them too. If for any reason, you don’t dig what you ordered, we offer a 30 day return policy for unopened bags. 

• Due to processed speed, we may not be able to adjust or cancel your order once submitted.

Package theft:

• Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and were stolen. You will need to file a claim and work with the carrier to determine what happened to your package. We cannot offer refunds for these packages nor file claims on your behalf.
