Entered an incorrect address?

Due to processed speed, we may not be able to adjust or cancel your order once submitted. We offer fast shipping so orders are sent to our fulfillment center quickly.

Package theft:

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and were stolen. You will need to file a claim and work with the carrier to determine what happened to your package. We cannot offer refunds for these packages nor file claims on your behalf. You can file a claim with the shipping carrier:
