As a registered dietitian, I’ve worked with hundreds of women navigating stress, fatigue, chronic skin issues and the frustration of doing everything “right” — only to still feel depleted. What I found again and again is that mineral imbalances and chronic stress quietly erode our energy, focus, physical health and sense of vitality.
